The SLA Attorneys team successfully represented the interests of the Czech company Mountfield a.s. in a customs dispute with Lviv Customs.

According to the decision of the customs body, a protocol was drawn up on the violation of customs procedures, a fine was imposed on the official representative of the Company, and the items were seized.

SLA Attorneys defended the client’s interests in the customs authority, the seized items were returned to the Client, and the proceedings on violating customs procedures were closed by concluding a settlement agreement.
