SLA’ history

SLA Attorneys was founded in 2013 as a small boutique law firm.

In 2014, the SLA team was recognized by IFLR 1000 as a leading law firm in banking and finance.

From 2015, our team has grown as we have new partners in Kyiv and Lviv and have developed a group of partner law firms in main Ukraine cities.

From 2018, SLA Attorneys becomes a member of CEE Attorneys, which has offices in 13 countries.

In 2019, SLA Attorneys was recognized by Legal 500 EMEA.

In 2019, SLA Attorneys and its members’ team were recognized by local Ukrainian and European ranking organizations, such as Top Lawyers of Yuridichna Gazeta.

Our team has 4 licensed advocates who practice criminal law and 3 PhD in law.

From 2015, SLA Attorneys is a law firm registered by the Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and Advocacy”.

From 2022, SLA Attorneys is a member of INTERACT LAW, an Independent network of legal firms

From 2024, SLA Attorneys is recommended by the US Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine to provide legal assistance to US citizens.

In 2024, SLA Attorneys was recommended by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) among English-speaking lawyers abroad that provide legal support for British nationals in Ukraine.
