The SLA Attorneys team successfully defended the client’s interests in an economic dispute with JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, represented by the L’viv regional branch. The appeal court refused to allow the JSC Ukrzaliznytsia representatives to satisfy the claim, upholding the court’s decision of the first instance. The client is a contracting construction organization.

The essence of the economic dispute was the Client’s obligation to act contrary to the parties’ contractual relations. In addition, JSC Ukrzaliznytsia improperly fulfilled its financial obligations to the Client. SLA Attorneys’ lawyers built a successful strategy for protecting the Client’s rights and interests, and the court bodies of the first and appellate instances fully and thoroughly investigated all the circumstances of the dispute.
