AO Semper Legal is a legal advisor of Porsche Mobility and Primero Rent a Car (Republic of Serbia) in argument with Customs authorities.

AO Semper Legal acted as a legal advisor of Porsche Mobility and Primero Rent a Car, which is part of Europcar Group, – leading transnational leasing companies in the world, in the argument with Customs Authorities of Ukraine.
The project is complex and includes works in administrative, civil and criminal process at the same time.
A team led by SLA partner Vadym Ivanov is working on the project.
