Mr. Bachynskii joined SLA in the late 2013 when he became an adviser on legal support of non-residents, protection of intellectual property rights, copyrights online.
He has extensive experience with non-residents – successfully represented clients from the US, Israel, Poland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Moldova, Belarus, Russia, Germany, Romania, India, Pakistan, Canada, Nigeria, Spain, Great Britain, Italy and some other jurisdictions.
Under his leadership a number of financial projects have been implemented, including support of transaction in agricultural business, and registration of ownership of real estate by non-residents.
Today, Mr. BACHYNSKII is managing partner of Lviv office of SLA.
