SLA has successfuly protected the ownership rights of the US investor on the estate property in Ukraine. The point at case is that unfair competitors of the Client had performed a set of measures to impose encumbrances on real estate objects with subsequent recognition of the ownership of fictitious debt obligations, accompanied by a number of decisions of official bodies. SLA team of attorneys managed to protect Client’s ownership rights in the judiciary and justice agencies of Ukraine. Beyond that a set of measures was performed with the purpose of minimization of risks of recurring attacks on investor’s property, and legal recommendations were given, designed to prevent similar attacks in the future.
